Out of the last for Grands Prix in Formula One, the Mercedes team were victorious in all but one. In Austria, George Russell claimed victory, while Lewis Hamilton was victorious at Silverstone and at Spa-Francorchamps, after Russell was disqualified in Belgium. Russell himself now believes the German team could fight for the title in 2025. "When you look at the competition now, there's no reason why we can't fight," the Briton told GPblog among others.

Entering the second half of the season, Lewis Hamilton will compete in his final GPs for Mercedes, as the seven-time world champion will then join Ferrari. Also talking to our website among other media, he explained what it will mean for him to drive for the team in the second half of the season.

A person rumoured to replace Hamilton at Mercedes is Andrea Kimi Antonelli. Could the Italian youngster join the F1 grid already in 2024 to replace Logan Sargeant at Williams? Team principal of the Britons, James Vowles answered this question himself.

In an exclusive interview with GPblog, another highly-rated teenager, Arvin Lindblad also talked to GPblog. You can find that article here.
