Ricciardo gets the top mark in F1's slip and slide competition!
Daniel Ricciardo picked up heavy criticism from Jacques Villeneuve at the Canadian Grand Prix weekend, but the Australian has received top marks from Formula 1. On X, F1 have made a tongue-in-cheek post about a slip-and-slide competition in practice.
FP1 was wet. There was so much rain that the pit exit was closed for the first part of the session. As the session progressed, the tarmac became dry, and the racing line became clearly visible. Although the track did dry out, it was still soaking wet off the track. So wet, in fact, that F1 invented a new game. The F1 Slip-n-Slide competition. The result is a fun video, watch it below!
