McLaren's CEO, Zak Brown was delighted with his team's win in Miami and is even open to getting another tattoo to celebrate Lando Norris' first Grand Prix victory. Brown also dedicated the win to Gil de Ferran, who passed away in December.

How Zak Brown reacted to the win

Norris was helped by a safety car in Miami, but McLaren demonstrated strong pace, which Brown quickly highlighted immediately after. "What a drive. The car was great. I've got to thank everyone back at McLaren and here," Brown told Sky Sports.

Norris was leading a Grand Prix in the closing stages in 2021, but a bad call with the rain caused Norris to miss out. Memories of that made the final moments tense for all involved at McLaren. "[My nerves] were not so good. All the hard work, paying off," Brown added.

Daniel Ricciardo won on behalf of McLaren in 2021. Brown then got a tattoo of the Monza circuit to celebrate. The boss is open to adding to his collection to celebrate with Norris. "Yeah, I don't mind Miami. It's kind of my home country, so why not [get another tattoo]?"
