Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton thinks changes should be made to Spa-Francorchamps, the circuit of the Belgian Grand Prix. After two fatal incidents at the Belgian circuit, the Briton thinks changes should be made to certain corners.

Dilano van 't Hoff sadly died after a big crash on the circuit. The Dutchman was not the first driver to lose his life at the venue in recent memory. On 31 August 2019, Antoine Hubert also died in a similar crash. These two happenings caused a stir within motorsport. Is the circuit at Spa too dangerous?

"I don't know what to say. I'll need to look into it. I think it's definitely devastating to see that we've lost two youngsters in such a short amount of time. But I do trust the FIA have done such a great job with safety. I know that's such a focal point for them. They make so many changes year on year at every circuit," Hamilton said.

"I'm sure they'll be looking very much into Eau Rouge and seeing whether or not we can improve that. I agree we do need to make some changes because clearly it's coming over a hill, you can't see particularly in the bad weather conditions. This has happened now twice, so we definitely need to take a step," Hamilton added.
