Despite ongoing discussions about Lando Norris' future, McLaren chief Zak Brown stressed that the British driver is still giving his all for his team. Brown revealed that Norris has no exit clause in his current contract. The McLaren chief wants to keep the British driver at all costs. Yet Norris seems further away than ever from winning a race.
Brown is confident Norris will agree to the changes McLaren has made. The British formation has sacked technical director James Key and made a big change to its leadership structure.

"He has got a contract with us and, most importantly, he is very happy here and he sees the progress that we are making, and he is a team player", the McLaren chief told Sky Sports. "I am very happy with our driver line-up. I think Lando has a tremendous amount of experience," Brown added. "It's now his fifth season and that's crazy considering how young he is."
McLaren has said a championship-winning car would be ready within two years. Brown reiterates that he is happy with his drivers on the grid. "I think our driver line-up is one of our big strengths right now and I am excited to all work together to give them the car that they need to get to the front because I think we have two drivers who are championship calibre."
