Nico Rosberg is a bit disappointed that it's another one-two for Mercedes during the Eifel Grand Prix. The former driver of the German racing team would rather have seen Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing in first place.

"We would all wanted to see Max on pole position today," Rosberg said in the Sky Sports commentary. However, nothing has been lost for the Red Bull team, the 2016 world champion says. "There is still a chance, a lot can happen tomorrow."

Leclerc impresses

In addition to Verstappen, Leclerc also stood out positively. The young Monegasque can start from fourth place at the Nurburgring. "Let's also look back one position, and the man in red. Leclerc has done a phenomenal qualifying run. Incredible with that Ferrari to split the Red Bulls in P4, especially when you see that his teammate is eleventh. Great job."

Sebastian Vettel didn't reach Q3 and visibly struggled with the balance in the SF1000 Saturday afternoon. Rosberg indicates in his analysis that his fellow countryman needs a new environment and that he expects Vettel to show what he is worth at Aston Martin F1 Team in 2021.
