The stewards have ordered Max Verstappen to report to them hours after the second free practice. The Dutchman is said to have made a mistake at the end of the last session.

With a lot of precipitation on the track, all the teams decided to bring their drivers in ten minutes before the start time. In the final minutes of practice, the riders decided to make another test start, which suddenly made it very crowded at the end of the pit lane.

The reigning world champion thought he could pull away when suddenly an Alpine driver passed him on his left. The stewards decided to investigate the incident immediately and concluded that it was better to call Verstappen to his heels.
